Re-Creation Summer Happenings
More '08 Labor Day Camp Out PicturesDon't forget the Ebenezer Luau is scheduled for September 12 at Pine Island Club.
The adult backpacking trip with Pastor Frank is scheduled for September 25-27. Contact John Stiglbauer for more details.
Be sure to join us for Wednesday Night Suppers "in the garden". We gather at 6:00 in the meditation garden for a bite to eat, fellowship, and playtime (for kids of all ages). Make your reservation on Sundays or call the church office.

Upcoming Events
As the weather is warming up, we are "warming up" to the idea of lots of fun fellowship activities for all Ebenezer members! Here are some of the plans that are in the works:
Our Famous Bowling Outing at Royal Z Lanes on Two Notch Rd. on March 22. We always enjoy some fun competition on the lanes followed by nutritious "alley" food. We will start arriving at 2:45 and be on the lanes bowling 2 games from 3-5. After we bowl, we will have a choice of a slice of pizza and a drink or a hot dog, chips, and a drink from 5 – 5:45. Shoes are included. The cost is $10.00 per person regardless of age. Contact Brian Baucom for more details at 603-4009.
The Putting with the Pastors aka Spring Golf Outing is planned for April 19 at Linrick Golf Course. Contact Brian Baucom at 603-4009 to sign up.
We are planning a church camping trip probably in early June. Contact Maura Moore at 518-4767 if you are interested.
A Luau to be held on September 12 at Pine Island.

Don't forget our ongoing activities which include Table Talk the 2nd Monday of every month at Wild Wing Cafe in the Vista at 5:30...you just never know what is going to come up there! Also, take advantage of not having to cook EVERY Wednesday at "Wednesday Night Lites" (we ask that you place your reservation in the offering plate on Sundays or by calling the church office by Monday).

Family Fun and Fellowship to Resume
Family Fun & Fellowship events, starting with the Wednesday, November 5th and will be the FIRST WEDNESDAY of each month till March. We will gather in the Gym from 6:00pm - 7:30pm.
Bring a main course dish and either a veggie, a bread or a dessert item for your family and some to share... lots of fun,and a great and relaxing time to get to know members of your church family better. The kids always have a great time too!!!!

Table Talk: Be sure to head over to Wild Wings Cafe in the Vista at 5:30 to unwind with your church family and join in some "family" discussions around the table!

Boo at the Zoo: Put on your cutest costume and head over to Riverbanks Zoo and Garden for our annual trek to the Halloween spook-tacular, Boo at the Zoo. The family-friendly Halloween event runs from 6 to 9pm each evening. Children 12 and under are invited to wear costumes for a spook-fest complete with Frankenstein's Foam Zone, an eeky freaky DJ dance party and a trick-or-treat trail with candy and more! Kids can also venture inside the Crow's Nest Hay Maze, ride on the haunted carousel and explore the Zoo at night! We will meet at the main entrance (zoo side not garden side) at 7:00.
